R Balasubramanian is the founder of the firm having more than 10 years of post qualification experience with proficiency in the fields of Corporate Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws and Securities Laws.

A visiting Faculty member at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Chennai for CS Executive and Professional Program and other specialized programs which include MSOP, EDP and CLDP.

The present Convener for Chennai West Study Circle of ICSI, SIRC.

Industry Representative for the Board of Studies of Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College, Chennai.

A regular speaker at various events conducted by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and various other educational institutions.

Mr. Balasubramanian is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, holds a Bachelors' in Commerce and Law and also holds a PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights laws.
